Shipping/Cancellations Policy:
- As per slot, delivery will be made within 8 hours of customer order.
- If an Item on your order is being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of purchasing order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
- We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances
- In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us
- Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery
- Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of purchasing
- Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of placing the order
- All orders placed on can be cancelled or rescheduled at any point in time before the shopper begins purchasing the ordered items for you. MatoFresh Online grocery have a right to charge you a cancellation fee of a minimum INR 50 up to the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to MatoFresh and store partners, MatoFresh shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
Return and Refunds
- If an item is incorrect, missing, or damaged at the time of delivery, please register a complaint via the app
- Inform delivery boy
- The products should be in the same condition as they were when delivered .Pick-ups shall be made for products once validated by the Shopper.
- MatoFresh cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;(B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of purchase
- When you are cancelling the ordered items due to unavailability of the items you ordered during the shopper’s purchase
Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the status of your refund request. If your request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account, within 4-7 working days.

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
